Shipping Prices and Timescales for the UK

Free UK Shipping for orders £40 and over.

UK Orders below £40 are charged at a flat rate of £4.79. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Service.

Please allow a few days for processing orders - UK Deliveries normally take between 1 to 3 working days. Orders therefore normally arrive 3-5 business days from purchase date, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Prices and Timescales Rest of the World

International Orders are charged at a flat rate of £21.95 per order. This is a trackable service via Royal Mail.

For all International Orders please allow up to 14 Working days for your order to be with you, excluding weekends and holidays. Any delays please do contact us.

Refunds

No Quibble Guarantee. For complete peace of mind we offer a no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges)  Unopened and unused teas can be returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please let us know that you'll be returning an item to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

POSTAGE INFORMATION

Please note: Before placing an order, we kindly ask customers to ensure that Royal Mail delivers to their address and that any delivery preferences or safe-place instructions are set directly with Royal Mail and their local postman, so parcels can be delivered to you safely. Once an item has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail. We are not responsible for parcels left in ‘safe places’ without customer consent. Customers experiencing ongoing local delivery issues are encouraged to contact Royal Mail directly. Thank you.
