Please be aware that ALL of our teas may contain traces of: nuts, soya, mustard, wheat, sesame, milk, peanuts or sulphites, as well as other known allergens.

All our teas are from the tea plant and contains caffeine. We do however stock a range of decaffeinated teas.

We always aim to send out your order on the day we receive it. We use Royal Mail 24/48 hour service so you should receive your tea within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Free UK Shipping for orders  £30 and over. UK Orders below £30 are charged at a flat rate of £4.35. We use  Royal Mail Track 24/48. International Orders are charged at a flat rate of £24 per order. This is a trackable service via Royal Mail.

For complete peace of mind we offer a no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges)  Unopened and unused teas can be returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please let us know that you'll be returning an item to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
