Does your teas contains any allergens?

Because the teas we supply are sourced from plantations all over the world we cannot guarantee they haven't been processed in an environment that contains allergens.

Please be aware that ALL of our teas may contain traces of: nuts, soya, mustard, wheat, sesame, milk, peanuts or sulphites, as well as other known allergens.

If you have any questions regarding allergens please get in touch before placing your order.

Are your teas organic?

We stock an exclusive range of teas that are certified organic.

Do you stock caffeine free tea?

All our teas are from the tea plant and contains caffeine. We do however stock a range of decaffeinated teas.

Shipping & Refunds

How long does it take for for my tea order to arrive?

We always aim to send out your order on the day we receive it. We use Royal Mail 24/48 hour service so you should receive your tea within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

How much is the shipping cost?

Free UK Shipping for orders  £30 and over. UK Orders below £30 are charged at a flat rate of £4.35. We use  Royal Mail Track 24/48. International Orders are charged at a flat rate of £24 per order. This is a trackable service via Royal Mail.

What is you refund policy?

For complete peace of mind we offer a no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges). Unopened and unused teas can be returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please let us know that you'll be returning an item to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link.
